Demand Planner
As part of the Supply Chain team, you are responsible for efficiently planning, organising and monitoring the entire flow of goods. You continuously strive to maintain the right balance between inventory levels, capacity, efficiency and costs.

What will you do?
Planning & Forecasting
Manage demand forecasting and ensure accurate demand planning for both existing and new products.
Oversee demand planning for various entities within the organisation.
Analyse forecasts against the established budget.
Inventory & Process Management
Maintain optimal stock levels using our planning tool, while optimising processes and purchasing activities.
Closely monitor inventory to ensure product availability and healthy stock turnover.
Manage the inventory lifecycle, including the phase-out of discontinued products and assortment changes.
Evaluate new products and closely monitor their performance.
Internal & External Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments and international offices.
Maintain regular contact with freight forwarders to confirm transport bookings.
Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and monitor incoming containers.
Inbound & Transport Planning
Develop efficient inbound plans, taking product availability and optimal container utilisation into account.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the analysis and reporting of business processes.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose improvements.
Prepare S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings and analyse product classifications.
Translate market feedback into concrete planning actions.
Reporting
Report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
Your profile
What are we looking for?
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
You have a process-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
You work independently while also being a true team player, able to collaborate effectively and coordinate others.
You know how to prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
You have advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft applications; experience with ERP systems is essential.
You communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French.
You are proactive, solution-oriented and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality.
