Data Analyst
To support our ongoing digitization and process optimization efforts, we are looking for a Master Data & Power BI Specialist. Within our organization, you will play a key role in managing, monitoring, and optimizing master data, PIM, and reporting. You will ensure that data is reliable, consistent, and usable as a foundation for operational and strategic decisions.

Over de functie
What are your responsibilities?
- You are responsible for the governance and management of master data in our ERP environment (products, suppliers, customers).
- You are responsible for managing, monitoring, and further optimizing our PIM environment (Pimcore), ensuring data quality, completeness, and consistency.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders to correctly structure product information and make it available for e-commerce, marketing, and external platforms.
- You will design, manage, and optimize Power BI dashboards that provide insights into sales, the supply chain, and operational performance.
- You will analyze existing data flows and processes and proactively propose improvements to increase efficiency, transparency, and data reliability.
- You’ll work closely with various departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.) to ensure that new products, processes, and changes are correctly integrated into the systems.
- You’ll serve as the internal point of contact for master data and reporting and support colleagues in interpreting figures and dashboards.
- In addition to your core responsibilities, you’ll also participate in and monitor additional projects focused on process improvement, digitization, and increasing operational efficiency within Allinox. It’s important that you’re open to new market developments, including AI applications in various fields.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree – or equivalent experience – in data management, IT, or an analytical administrative role.
- You’re proficient in Excel, have experience with ERP systems, and possess a solid foundation in Power BI; experience with SQL is a plus.
- You have an analytical and meticulous mindset and work in a structured manner with complex datasets.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and enjoy collaborating with different teams.
